Planned Investment ManagerLesley is Planned Investment Manager for Yorkshire, covering Bradford, Leeds and Sheffield. With four years in the Planned Investment Team, she brings strong knowledge of Clarion’s housing stock and uses accurate asset data to inform investment decisions.

Planned Investment ManagerSteven is Planned Investment Manager for Clarion’s North West stock. With 20 years’ experience in Planned Investment, he oversees project planning and delivery, focusing on safe, compliant and well-maintained homes while supporting Clarion’s objectives.

Planned Investment ManagerMark has 19 years’ social housing experience, including eight years with Clarion’s Planned Investment Team. Working with Axis, he oversees improvement programmes across the Midlands, ensuring homes are safe, compliant and well maintained.

Planned Investment ManagerKeith manages Planned Investment in Borehamwood, bringing over 40 years’ housing sector experience and extensive knowledge of Clarion’s local stock. He oversees investment programmes that keep homes safe, compliant and well maintained.

Planned Investment ManagerKeerthi has 12 years’ experience in the housing sector, including five years in Planned Investment at Clarion. He has successfully delivered complex projects and uses his strong knowledge of the Borehamwood housing stock to target investment, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, well maintained, and meet regulatory requirements.

Planned Investment ManagerDan predominantly manages Planned Investment programmes across the Central area. He is currently supporting delivery of the SHDF programme in Borehamwood before returning to manage planned investment works in Milton Keynes. Dan brings strong technical expertise and stakeholder relationships, supporting successful programme delivery.

Partnership ManagerPaul is Partnership Manager for Clarion’s North, East and South West regions, leading teams delivering planned maintenance and improvement programmes with Equans, Cardo and Axis to ensure residents’ homes are safe, warm and modern.

Lead Planned Investment ManagerJulie is an experienced Building Surveyor with over 25 years’ service at Clarion. She leads the planning and delivery of planned investment programmes across the North and Midlands, working collaboratively to identify priorities, improve homes and neighbourhoods, and enhance the resident experience.

Paul Marden
Resident Liaison OfficerPaul is the dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for the planned works programme being delivered by Axis CLC in partnership with Clarion Housing Group across the Bradford estate. He is residents’ main point of contact before and throughout the works, helping to arrange appointments, provide regular updates and support any individual needs.
Maxine Brown
Resident Liaison OfficerMaxine Brown is a Resident Liaison Officer for Axis, working across Shard End and Darlaston. With over five years’ experience in housing and property improvement, she supports residents throughout planned works by arranging appointments, providing updates and answering any questions or concerns.

Andy Pearson
Site ManagerAndy is a Site Manager with Axis CLC and has a strong background in social housing. He oversees the day-to-day delivery of works on site, coordinating trades, managing resources and ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard. Andy takes pride in maintaining quality throughout each project and helping works progress smoothly for residents.
Hasnath Miah
Site ManagerHasnath is a Site Manager working across Darlaston and Shard End, with 19 years of experience in the social housing refurbishment industry. He began his career as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) before progressing to Site Manager, giving him a strong understanding of both resident engagement and project delivery.
James Jordan
Contracts ManagerJames Jordan is a Contracts Manager at Axis with 21 years’ experience in social housing, including 10 years in contract management. He is committed to delivering high-quality works and ensuring residents, clients and his team can be proud of the results.

Lead Planned Investment ManagerSophie is the Lead Planned Investment Manager for the South London Region. Sophie’s team manage the major works to Clarion’s blocks of flats as well as complex projects.

Planned Investment ManagerAnnet is a Planned Investment Manager in South London in our projects team, she scopes and oversees the major works to our blocks of flats. She is currently working on McLellan House and Belmont House projects.
Mike Robbins
Regional Partnership ManagerMike Robbins is Regional Partnership Manager for the South Region at Clarion. He currently oversees the delivery of major planned works managing the improvement of our stock’s components and also the thermal performance, ensuring our residents homes are well maintained, warm and economical to run.

Planned Investment ManagerSteve is a Planned Investment Manager in South London in our projects team, he scopes and oversees the major works to our blocks of flats. He is currently working on Pitt Crescent project.

Antoinette Regis
Planned Investment ManagerAntoinette is a Planned Investment Manager for South London who has been with Clarion since 2007. She ensures homes receive timely upgrades, from kitchens and bathrooms to roofs and windows, while keeping disruption to residents to a minimum.

Lead Planned Investment ManagerSam is a Lead Planned Investment Manager in South London, her team oversee upgrade programmes for windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms and roofs. Sam has worked within the housing for over 10 years, with 5 years experience in contract management.

Trevor Maskell
Planned Investment ManagerTrevor is a Planned Investment Manager for the South team Haywards Heath based. He scopes and oversees major project works to our blocks of flats and houses. He programmes and runs the window and door component replacement programme. He helps to programme redecoration works for the future.
Victoria Penfold
Planned Investment ManagerVictoria is a Planned Investment Manager delivering works across the South region and has worked at Clarion for 17 years. She currently specialises in delivering the pitched roofing component programme across Kent and Surrey. This is combined with some sustainable homes works such as External wall insulation and solar, and some smaller refurbishment projects renovating blocks of flats.

Lead Planned Investment ManagerMichael is a Lead Planned Investment Manager in the South region. He leads the delivery of major investment projects across Clarion’s homes and blocks, including planned component replacement programmes and sustainability initiatives to improve the energy efficiency of residents' homes.
Michael Beasey
Planned Investment ManagerMike is a Planned Investment Manager in the South (Haywards Heath) region. He manages kitchen and bathroom delivery as well as sustainable homes energy efficiency works. Mike is also responsible for project scoping and delivery. He’s currently involved with the Orchard Way and Charles Avenue projects.

Cristina Ciubotaru
Senior Site ManagerCristina is an experienced senior site manager for United Infrastructure, covering two key regions in Merton and Haywards Heath. She is responsible for overall delivery of this scheme and ensuring our team are safe, efficient and accountable.
Russ Anukas
Site ManagerRuss is an experienced site manager with a background in key finishing trades. He is responsible for ensuring our supply chain work safely, efficiently and collaboratively to complete the works. Russ is also responsible for temporary works and quality control.
Toli Rapede
Site ManagerToli is an experienced site manager in his second year with United Infrastructure. He is responsible for ensuring our supply chain work safely, efficiently and collaboratively to complete the works. Toli is also responsible for temporary works and quality assurance.
Jordan Mackley
Site ManagerJordan Mackley is dedicated Site Manager with 1 years of experience working with UI, managing our south London projects from start to finish. Experienced in coordinating site operations, supervising subcontractors, maintaining health, and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Ludmila Procopii
Resident Liaison OfficerLudmila is an experienced UI RLO and has been in this role for around 2 years. In this time, Ludmila has completed a number of Clarion refurbishment projects in both the Bromley and Merton regions. Ludmila is very visible and takes pride in engaging and informing residents to make works flow smoothly and efficiently.
Dan Anderson
Resident Liaison OfficerDan began his career with United Infrastructure through the company's training programme. Dan joined UI 3 years ago as a supervisor for our typical trade works. Since then, he has completed a number of industry accredited training courses to earn promotion to site manager. This has included completing a number of projects within the Clarion programme.
Kim Hughes
Resident Liaison OfficerKim is an experienced RLO with over 20 years service with United Infrastructure. Kim covers the Merton region predominantly, and is responsible for all resident engagement, newsletter updates and general point of contact for key updates for works that are in progress.
Darren O’Hara
Resident Liaison OfficerDarren is an experienced United Infrastructure RLO and covers the Haywards Heath region predominantly. Darren is responsible for resident engagement, formation & distribution of newsletters and any form of update for the works to be undertaken.

Planned Investment ManagerNicholas oversees the delivery of planned investment programmes across Cambridgeshire and the Fenland area. Working closely with partnering contractor EQUANS, he ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. His role focuses on delivering safe, well-maintained homes while supporting Clarion’s corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
Maddy Johannes
Planned Investment ManagerMaddy is a Planned Investment Manager overseeing programmes across Norfolk and Suffolk. With over 16 years’ social housing experience, including 11 years at Clarion, she leads Warm Homes and component upgrade projects, working closely with EQUANS to deliver high-quality improvements on time, within budget, and to regulatory standards.
Adam Culyer
Planned Investment ManagerAdam is the Planned Investment Manager, based in the Cambridgeshire area. In this role, he oversees strategic investment planning and delivery for the organisation’s housing stock, with particular responsibility for the Warm Homes programme. With a strong background within the non-profit housing sector, Adam focuses on delivering high-quality, energy-efficient improvements to residents’ homes.

Planned Investment ManagerJessica Carney is a Planned Investment Manager for the Norfolk area and has been with Clarion for just over three years. She is responsible for scoping and overseeing planned investment projects across both houses and blocks. Jessica is currently managing projects in the Thorpe St Andrew area and is passionate about improving residents' homes, helping to create places they can be proud to live in.

Our North London region consists of homes within local authority areas such as Barnet, Camden, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest and Westminster, as well as parts of Essex. These properties are a mix of general needs, supported housing and leaseholder/shared ownership homes.

Lead Planned Investment ManagerGary has extensive experience across planned investment, repairs, damp and mould, surveying and operations. He provides technical support and a second opinion on planned works across the South West, drawing on experience across both housing associations and the private sector.

Planned Investment ManagerNathan has recently joined Clarion, bringing valuable experience from a similar role within another large housing association. He is Clarion’s first point of contact for Asset Investment works across the South West.

Dane Bunney
Project ManagerDane is an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years’ construction and planned maintenance experience. With qualifications in Carpentry and Joinery and SMSTS certification, he oversees programme delivery, client liaison, performance, quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
Maria Beretki
Quantity SurveyorMaria is responsible for the commercial management of the project, including cost control, valuations, forecasting, financial reporting, subcontractor management, and contract administration. She works closely with both operational teams and the client to ensure the programme is delivered efficiently and within budget.

Site ManagerJack manages the day-to-day delivery of works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. He is responsible for site supervision, workforce coordination, quality inspections, compliance monitoring, and the implementation of health and safety procedures across the programme.

She oversees resident communications, manages customer expectations, resolves concerns, and ensures residents remain fully informed throughout every stage of the works programme.

Resident Liaison OfficerCharlotte works closely with residents before, during, and after works are completed. She ensures residents receive regular updates, supports vulnerable residents where required, and helps maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Georgia Trivett
Resident Liaison OfficerGeorgia is responsible for maintaining clear communication with residents, coordinating appointments, managing resident enquiries, and supporting the smooth delivery of works. She plays a key role in ensuring residents remain informed and engaged throughout the programme.
