Clarion has planned investment work for Pitt Crescent, including roof works, windows, and decorations.

Essential improvement works at Orchard Way will upgrade fire escapes, balconies and communal areas across 121 homes, making the buildings safer, more secure and better maintained for residents.

Major improvement works are planned for McLellan House as part of the 2026/27 Q1 Major Works programme. These improvements are designed to enhance the appearance, security, and long-term condition of the buildings while improving residents' homes and communal areas. We are carrying out a programme of investment and improvement works across Ramsden Infill Estate to improve the condition, safety and appearance of residents’ homes and shared spaces.

The programme covers 11 blocks of homes, with improvement works to Bekesbourne Tower being progressed separately through a dedicated budget and programme.

We're continuing to invest in Phipps Bridge, Mitcham, with a major improvement programme that began on 31 March 2026. This is a multi-year project covering 11 residential blocks, with works being completed in carefully planned phases. The overall completion date will be confirmed as the programme progresses. Blocks Include: Albury Court, Bookham Court, Bramley Court, Brooklands Court, Cranleigh Court, Ewhurst Court, Frencham Court, Merrow Court, Richmond Court and Ripley Court.

Woodland View is a residential scheme, located in Moulsecoomb and Bevendean area, outside Brighton in East Sussex.  It is within the Brighton & Hove Local Authority and is made up of two detached blocks.  The scheme was constructed in 2007 and was built on the site of a former public house. It was originally owned by Downland Housing Association, before coming into the Clarion portfolio.

Improving the space at Baron Court

We are carrying out improvement works at Baron Court, Mitcham, to make better use of the existing garage area, improve parking provision and bring the Multi-Use Gym Area (MUGA) back into use.

The existing garages are currently underused, and the space can be put to better use for our residents. The garages will be removed and replaced with additional parking spaces. Residents who currently use the garages will be offered alternative garage provision nearby.

The project will also improve the MUGA and its surrounding area, creating a more attractive and usable community space.

Baron Court, Mitcham

The major works are to be provided to Clarion owned and managed properties across the South and in South London. This includes homes within local authority areas such as Bromley, Merton, Maidstone, Mole Valley and Tonbridge and Malling. These properties are a mix of general needs, supported housing and leaseholder/shared ownership properties.

The 20-year partnership with United Infrastructure provides stability, building strong relationships across management, site teams, and subcontractors, benefiting all stakeholders.

United Infrastructure

The 20 year contract that we have with our Partners United Infrastructure brings a stability to our work and that benefits all of our stakeholders.

This relationship has allowed us to plan for the future, agreeing long term programmes with the security that a 20 year Partnership brings. The same sub-contractors can be procured on a long term basis and avoids the need to retrain companies in the values and approach that Clarion have towards their customers. 

The long term Partnership means that solid relationships are made at all levels from the management team through to our site teams and the sub-contractors. This has resulted in both sides of the Partnership trusting each other and knowing that both parties have each others best interests at heart.
