These properties are a mix of general needs, supported housing and leaseholder/shared ownership homes

WPS has formed a 20-year partnership with Clarion Housing Group to deliver a major planned maintenance programme across 19,000 homes in North London, worth around £15m annually.
The works will include upgrades such as kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, windows, and roofing, forming part of Clarion’s long-term investment strategy.
