Butley Court, Bow
This project was launched after a number of top-floor homes experienced ongoing water ingress during periods of wet weather. Following detailed inspections, it was confirmed that the existing roof had reached the end of its serviceable life and required a full replacement to provide a long-term solution.
Works included
The project includes the complete replacement of the existing roof to help protect homes from future water ingress and improve the long-term condition of the building.
Before works started, surveys were carried out to help plan the project and understand the condition of the homes most affected.
Supporting Residents
We understand that roof replacement works can be disruptive, particularly for residents who have experienced water ingress.
Where needed, we have continued to support affected residents throughout the project, including carrying out inspections and arranging any necessary follow-up works. Once the new roof has been completed, any outstanding internal remedial works will also be completed where required.
