Works included

The project includes the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms, replacement of block entrance doors, and new roofs to improve the long-term performance and resilience of the properties.

Kitchen and bathroom upgrades are currently underway, with residents already benefiting from improvements inside their homes. As the project progresses, scaffolding will be erected to enable high-level asbestos surveys to be completed safely before roof replacement works begin.

We'll continue to share updates and photographs as the project progresses, showcasing the improvements being made and the positive impact these works will have for residents
