Progress so far

Roofing works are complete at Merrow Court, Ripley Court, Bramley Court, Albury Court and Brooklands Court. Windows are in progress on all of these blocks. Cranleigh Court scaffolding is being erected prior to the roof works commencing. The next block to start will be Ewhurst Court but this will not be until early 2027.

Residents affected by each phase will receive advance notice of when work is due to start on their building and when access to individual homes is required.

We appreciate that large-scale improvement works can cause some temporary disruption, and we'd like to thank residents for their patience and cooperation. We'll continue to provide updates as the programme progresses and will keep residents informed of key milestones throughout the project.
