Primrose Crescent, Norwich
We're investing in homes across Primrose Crescent, Primrose Court, Yarmouth Road and Pound Lane to improve the condition of the buildings, protect them for the future and create warmer, safer and more comfortable homes for residents. The planned improvements have been identified following inspections, ongoing maintenance and feedback from residents to ensure investment is targeted where it is needed most
Primrose Crescent Improvement Programme
The programme will include a range of essential external improvements, including repairs and replacement of roofs and roofline components where required. At Primrose Court, we'll also be improving the communal areas with upgrades to entrance doors, windows, balconies and internal communal decorations, helping to enhance both the appearance of the buildings and residents' day-to-day experience.
Sustainability
Alongside these works, many homes will also benefit from our wider sustainability programme, which is designed to improve the energy efficiency of homes. This includes upgrades such as improved insulation, ventilation, windows and doors to help create warmer, more comfortable homes that are easier to heat. At Pound Lane , the existing External Wall Insulation (EWI) will also be refreshed with new external decorations, helping to protect the system and improve the appearance of the buildings
We'll keep residents updated throughout the project, sharing key milestones such as when contractors are appointed, when works are due to begin and what to expect during delivery. Our aim is to carry out the improvements safely, minimise disruption wherever possible and leave residents with homes that are better protected, more energy efficient and fit for the future.
